October 12: Institute outing with a hike from Hittfeld to the Außenmühlenteich. At the end of the day we had a rest in the restaurant “Bootshaus” at the Außenmühlenteich.

May 23: Visit of Prof. Schuster with Prof. Frank Gronwald at the University of Siegen. Prof. Gronwald had been professor at the Institut für Theoretische Elektrotechnik of TUHH before accepting the position as head of the institute of “Reliability of Technical Systems and Electrical Measurement” in Siegen.
