Katharina Scharff completed her studies of General Engineering Science at the Hamburg Technical University with the degree Bachelor of Science in 2013. From 2013 to 2016 she studied electrical engineering at the same university and completed her studies with the degree Master of Science. Since April 2016 she is a research assistant at the Institute of Electromagnetic Theory. Her research interests are digital links with data rates of 50 Gbps and higher.
