The CONCEPT-II program package developed by the Institute of Electromagnetic Theory is an advanced electromagnetic field simulator for the numerical computation of radiation and scattering problems in the frequency domain. The code is based on the Method of Moments and integral equations for the electric and magnetic fields.

Radiated field of a dipole antenna on a ship superstructure computed by CONCEPT-II. The electric field intensity produced by one million current amplitudes is shown at two million observation points (Source: TET, TUHH).
CONCEPT-II uses the HDF5 format for storing data.
